I actually think Rin probably has the most. I could look for others but Last I knew Rin was the most provocative anime on Netflix, well on the consoles anyway I get mine through Xbox so it could be different.

If they gave an award out for most nudity in an anime series, then "Eden of the East" would definitely win it. As the series nears its end, the screen is filled with hundreds of naked *censored* all over the place.
Fortunately, their naughty bits are censored.
The most female nudity I’ve ever seen in a series usually involves the main characters visiting a hot spring, about a dozen, at most.
As far as hentai goes, I’ve not seen too much in that catagory, so I’m no authority on which one would have the most.

The only one I’ve seen is Sekirei so I can’t for sure that it has the most, but it definitely has a lot.
